City to Receive Airport Grant

The City of Greenville recently received a $4 million grant from FAA/TxDOT Aviation for improvements to the Majors Field Airport. Improvements include reconstruction of the parallel taxiway to increase capacity for wide-body aircraft, upgrades to the navigational aids and improved signage for the runway and taxiway.
